Vinyasa Flow Yoga

A busy start to the year with LOTS of running around then quickly slowed right down with two months of yoga teacher training (with Spiralling Crow at the YogaVenue studio on Cowley Road, Oxford). Now, two months after having completed and passed the training I’m getting to start practicing what I’ve learned. On a Thursday morning at 09:30 I now teach an hours Vinyasa Flow at the Results Health Clubs Yoga (Coxeter House, Abingdon). Come and join me for a class!
