How Relaxed Are You When You Run?

Something to think about next time your out for a run. When it starts to get harder do you tense up? That tension in the body can mean we end up using more effort than we need to. Take a moment to breathe and try relaxing muscles in the jaw, neck, shoulders, shake out the hands and see if you can keep the intensity up without burning up lots of extra energy by tensing up with effort.
