Hi! I’m Rhianwen, ​I moved to the fitness industry after having worked for many years in a corporate sales team and then for a mental health charity.  After taking up running and then joining in group exercise classes to lose weight I learned the benefits of regular exercise to energy levels, self-confidence and mood. Having always enjoyed working closely with others in a supportive way in 2015 I qualified as a personal trainer and fitness instructor in order bring that together with my love of fitness.

I want to help you get stronger, fitter and more empowered to achieve your goals. I love encouraging people to go beyond what they think they can do and seeing the level of effort that people will bring to a difficult workout or longer term challenge is so rewarding and one of the biggest joys of this work. This inspires me as I am also always pushing my own comfort zone one way or another!
