Hi there! I’m Rhianwen, I moved to the fitness industry after having worked for many years in a corporate sales team and then for a mental health charity. After taking up running to lose weight I learned to appreciate the benefits of regular exercise to energy levels, self-confidence and mood.
Now with over four years experience as a personal trainer and fitness instructor I am passionate about sharing the fun and embracing the challenges and rewards that exercise can bring. Hoping to inspire you with my adventures along the road.
